Apartment 509 opens on a beautifully furnished and air conditioned living/dining area. This includes a 6-seater dining table and chairs, a coffee table, a television/entertainment unit and a 4-seater modular lounge. Furthermore, a 106cm LCD TV complete with surround sound home theatre system, and wireless internet will be at your disposition.

The kitchen overlooks the open-plan living/dining area and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and a microwave oven.

You will bask in the natural light and fresh air of the 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom comes furnished with a queen sized bed and has a full en-suite. The second bedroom contains a double bed. Both bedrooms are endowed with private balconies and built-in wardrobes.

The smoothness of luxury and the comfort of home co-exist in the well fitted main bathroom. Note that the main bathroom offers no bath.

Apartment 509 also offers laundry facilities that comprise of a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Parking

The apartment includes two car spaces (four on weekends). Guests can choose to lock their car away in the under-building car park for the entire stay. Parking fee is $15 per night.

Apartment 509 is located on the 5th Floor of the Lifelab building, at 100m from the corner of Latrobe Street and Harbour Esplanade in Melbourne Docklands. It is within short walking distance of Ethihad Stadium and Southern Cross Station (formerly Spencer Street Station).

Trains, trams, and free city circle transport are right on your doorstep, making access to all of Melbourne's attractions and popular tourist spots easy.

The nearby Spencer Street and Harbour Town shopping centres will provide you with fabulous entertainment. You can also visit the many restaurants found in the lavish surroundings of Waterfront City right across the road.

Other activities in the area include river cruises,mini golf, ice skating, fun parks for kids, etc.
